Here are just a few reminders to help you with your rent payments.

1. Rent is due on the 1st of the month.  Payments are to be made electronically, by bank draft, or by certified funds (for example, cashier's check or money order).  CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT SHAFFER REALTY.

2. Payments made via certified funds should be payable to Shaffer REALTY. The address of the property you are renting should be clearly written on the front of the money order.

3. If your rent is not received by the 5th of the month, a late fee will be charged to your account.  We are not responsible for payments which are lost in the mail.
